How we keep matching safe
If you tell us you’re not safe, we show these resources first. Sensitive situations — trauma, abuse, PTSD — are matched only with licensed clinicians whose license is listed and verified. Online therapy is matched only with clinicians licensed in your state.
Coaching supports goals and growth. It is clearly labeled and is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. Psychedelic-assisted services are listed only where legally authorized.
